Switching to Bink
The process of switching to Bink is very straightforward – all you need to do is contact us telling us you would like us to take over the supply of your Broadband or sign up on the home page by inputting your details and selecting both the broadband and telephone package best suited to you. We will be able to give you a date when we can take this over and will contact your old provider to confirm with them that you want to cancel on the day/date that your new service starts.
How long does it take to switch broadband?
Although there's no precise rule about how long it will take to swap and for your new service to be live, generally we say to allow two weeks. This is just a guideline though and you will be advised on the timeline when you place your order with us. There are factors which can increase the length of time such as if you’re transferring an entire bundle or changing the type of your home’s broadband connection — for example, upgrading from ADSL to Fibre broadband — this can take longer as your new set-up may need to be physically installed.
