Our promise to you is a simple one. No price increases after 12, 18, or 24 months, just fair pricing for everyone. We won’t penalise you for your loyalty, so you will never pay more than a new customer for the same product.
We won’t slow you down, even at peak times so you will always get the best speed possible. In the unlikely event you do experience issues with your service our friendly and knowledgeable team based in Wales will be on hand to help you out.
We’re so confident that you will love our service we won’t even tie you in any longer than we have to. Our contracts are all either 12 months or 30-day rolling. So, no long tie ins, just constant fair pricing. We are positive that you will be so satisfied with Bink Broadband, you won’t find any reason to change provider again.

 

Switching to Bink

We’ve made switching to Bink as easy as possible for you. All you need to do is input your post code in the availability checker box above, select your address from the drop-down list and decide which of the available speeds you’d like to take. Telephone line rental is included in the price and you can choose any optional extras from the range available.Once you’ve completed our simple sign up process, we’ll take care of the rest. In most cases you won’t even have to contact your existing provider as our service will take over from theirs.

Day 1 - 3

As soon as you’ve made your choices and hit go, we’ll begin getting your broadband and phone package ready for you. You’ll receive your welcome email confirming your order and a day or two later you’ll receive confirmation of your go live date.

Day 7 - 10

You’ll receive your router within 7-10 days, but please don’t try to plug it in until your go live date.

Day 10 – 14

Plug your router in on the go live date and off you go.
